- 5 Points RSA will advertise, interview, screen, test and present you with candidates to interview.
- If you decide to hire a 5 Points RSA applicant, the candidate will work through the no-fee temp to perm program.
- Upon completion of the program, the applicant rolls over to your payroll, without any fees to you.
How it works
- The hired applicant will work on 5 Points RSA payroll for 95 working days.
- We present the candidate to you at the same rate you would pay the applicant.
- During the probationary 95 working days, the applicant will work on our payroll.
